CHAKRA

Clear Your Chakras [MEDITATION]
Every day we have fear-based thoughts. Due to that we may absorb fearful energy into our Chakras. For that reason it’s a good idea to clear your Chakras every day. Just as daily bath and wash face daily, due to that energy body benefit and it clear Chakras.

CHAKRAS CLEANING INVOLVES TWO STEPS :-

1.Clearning :- Releasing negative thought forms and  etheric cords from our chakras.

2.Balancing :- Enlarging the chakras so that they are all the same size

Basic meditation guidance:- For Cleaning Chakras

For mediation first find a quiet place where you can be alone or where others won’t interrupt your thoughts. Where your comfortable and sit in whatever position feels natural to you. Then close your eyes and do mediatation.

After that take two or three extremely deep breaths. Breathe in through your mouth, and  breathe out through your nose. As you inhale, hold your breath for a few seconds, and then exhale thoroughly.

As you meditate, your lower-self or “ego” may try to distract you. It does this because it is afraid that you will find peace of mind. If you are centered in peacefulness and are unafraid, then the ego loses all of its power to control you with fear.
So the ego will bombard your mind with your thoughts about bills, conflicts or your body. It’s important not to flight the ego reality and power. In truth it is nothing but a illusion.

EXERCISE

Exercise also effects the chakras and kind of aerobic workout that gets your breathing in and out deeply will clear your Chakras and increased oxygen flow.

Nature walk are also awesome for opening your Chakras, walk near water, a forest you will especially feel the impact of your Chakras opening.

Yoga also good for opening of Chakras.

FOODS AND BEVERAGES THAT POSITIVELY AFFECT THE CHAKRAS:-

1- Freshly fruits and vegetables.
2- Sprout and whole grains.
3- Soy products as soy milk.
4- Juice before 20 minute of squeezing.

MASSAGE BODY

Massage increase the flow of energy and release darkened spots from the Chakras the best way of massage in a environment such as dim room with quiet background music.

FLOWER ESSENCES AND AROMOTHERAPY

The fragrances of certain flowers open the Chakras. For example pink rose open the heart Chakras. And Tuberose open the third eye and crown Chakras. You can take benefits from having the actual flower near  by or using flowers essence vials.
