Clear Your Chakras [MEDITATION]
Every day we have fear-based thoughts. Due to that we may absorb fearful energy into our Chakras. For that reason it’s a good idea to clear your Chakras every day. Just as daily bath and wash face daily, due to that energy body benefit and it clear Chakras.

CHAKRAS CLEANING INVOLVES TWO STEPS :-

1.Clearning :- Releasing negative thought forms and  etheric cords from our chakras.

2.Balancing :- Enlarging the chakras so that they are all the same size

Basic meditation guidance:- For Cleaning Chakras

For mediation first find a quiet place where you can be alone or where others won’t interrupt your thoughts. Where your comfortable and sit in whatever position feels natural to you. Then close your eyes and do mediatation.

After that take two or three extremely deep breaths. Breathe in through your mouth, and  breathe out through your nose. As you inhale, hold your breath for a few seconds, and then exhale thoroughly.

As you meditate, your lower-self or “ego” may try to distract you. It does this because it is afraid that you will find peace of mind. If you are centered in peacefulness and are unafraid, then the ego loses all of its power to control you with fear.
So the ego will bombard your mind with your thoughts about bills, conflicts or your body. It’s important not to flight the ego reality and power. In truth it is nothing but a illusion.

EXERCISE

Exercise also effects the chakras and kind of aerobic workout that gets your breathing in and out deeply will clear your Chakras and increased oxygen flow.

Nature walk are also awesome for opening your Chakras, walk near water, a forest you will especially feel the impact of your Chakras opening.

Yoga also good for opening of Chakras.

FOODS AND BEVERAGES THAT POSITIVELY AFFECT THE CHAKRAS:-

1- Freshly fruits and vegetables.
2- Sprout and whole grains.
3- Soy products as soy milk.
4- Juice before 20 minute of squeezing.

MASSAGE BODY

Massage increase the flow of energy and release darkened spots from the Chakras the best way of massage in a environment such as dim room with quiet background music.

FLOWER ESSENCES AND AROMOTHERAPY

The fragrances of certain flowers open the Chakras. For example pink rose open the heart Chakras. And Tuberose open the third eye and crown Chakras. You can take benefits from having the actual flower near  by or using flowers essence vials.

The ninth major chakra is found near the inside of the top of the head. It color in vivid royal purple. Its essential to “clear knowing” Which is the ability to receive thought, information and ideas from the divine mind or unconscious.

The crown chakra is affected by thoughts and feeling relating to:-

1.RELIGION OR SPIRITUALITY:- Our anger or unforgiveness can clog our crown chakra.

2.GOD:- Indifferent, angry at our creator, whether we feel close.

3.DIVINE GUIDANCE:- Our feeling about receiving direction or ideas from the universal source.

4.TRUST:- Our willingness or unwillingness to receive information or facts from etheric plane, without knowing “how’’ we know.
  
A clean crown chakras glows in a beautiful rich shade of purple, crown chakras clogged with unheated emotions and bitter thoughts about dive guidance god, negative religious experience look as dark as night sky.

Third Eye

6.Third Eye
It is a sixth chakras are inside your head, just above your left and right ears. It is in  Reddist-violet. Clean ear chakras look sparkling maroon jewels, dirty ear chakras look opaque, with no light coming through them. Muddy and dark colored.

This chakras related to your thoughts and feeling about:-

1-WHAT YOUR HEAR OR HAVE HEARD:- Negative and positive messages, the music, noises in your surrounding, unforgiveness, mentally replaying loving.

2-DIVINE COMMUNICATION:- Desire to hear the voice of god, and the spiritual realm.

This chakras are an important element in developing clair audeience which means “clear hearing”. It allows you higher self, angels, ear chakras often become clogged if we hold unforgiveness toward a person who said something that felt painful to hear. They also become dirty if we fear hearing god’s guidance for any reasons.

It is a major chakra is between the two eyes. Most commonly call it the third eyes and for good reason. There is nothing else except what is  in your heart and mind it is only an illusion that material world exists outside of and separate from you.
Third eye records a movie of your entire life including everything you think, fell and do. It also records emotions felt by every one with who you come in contact.
The color of third eye chakra is in deep indigo blue with sparkles of white and flashes of purple lights.

The third eye chakra is effected by thoughts and feeling relating to...

1-THE FUTURE:- Your desire or clearly see what is in store for you.

2-THE PAST:- If a vision that you had frightened you, past you can see your.

3-BELIEFS ABOUT SPIRITS:- Your desire to see, fear of seeing, angels.

When the Third eye chakra is cleansed, you will see the eye of your higher self clearly looking at your seeing an eyelid over the third eye signifies a closed third eyes.

It is a fifth major chakra is in the Adamn’s apple area and is called throat chakra. It spin at fast rate and the color of this chakra is sky-blue. A clean throat chakras look like sparkling and sunshiny day and dirty chakra look like dismal day.
The throat chakra is affected by thoughts and feeling related to:-

1.COMMUNICATION PROJECTS:- Speaking channeling, teaching other people, singing, writing.

2.SPEAKING YOUR TRUTH TO:- Your love ones, your client, customers, yourself.

3.ASKING FOR YOUR NEEDS TO BE MET:- By god, your loved ones, co-workers and yourself.

Fear about communicating shrink the throat chakra and often create physical discomfort in the area. Resulting  in imbalanced and disproportionately large in size.

Heart Chakra

The fourth major chakra, located in the center of the chest, the chakra represent the begining of the upper chakra which all correspond to spiritual issues. The shade of heart chakra is in green color. The chakra spins at a medium fast speed. A cleansed and balanced heart chakra looks like a brilliant jewel, sparkling. A dirty heart chakra appears dark forest green in color.

The heart chakra is affected by thoughts and feelings concerning.

1.RELATIONSHIP:- Family, mother, father, siblings, family members, past lovers, friends, strangers,

2.LOVE:- Romantic, platonic, family love, higher self.

3.FORGIVINESS OR UNFORGIVINESS:- Group of people, toward one self.

4.PEOPLE ATTACHMENT:- Relationship a addictions, co-dependency.

Any fear about receiving or giving love will shrink and dirty the heart chakra. Relationship addictions and obsessions create an Enlarge of heart chakra prevents a person from experiencing the deep bliss of true love.

Everyone has some fears about experiencing true communion and intimacy with another person, primarily because most individuals have experienced pain in love relationship. As a result we then create to prevent ourselves from losing control and feeling love deeply.

Love is the source of all of our power of everything we need and desire to block love’s awareness is to block everything. To clear heart chakra we have to work with the angelic realm to heal these fear.

Heart chakra is in central component which means “clear feeling’’
The more we cleanse and open our heart chakra the greater intensity and accuracy has.

Solar Plexus Chakra

This chakra is a third major chakra is found behind the navel. This chakra spins at a rate faster than the root and sacral chakra it color in yellow bright color.
A clean and balanced solar plexus chakra looks like a ball of sun shine, with yellow and bright sparkling light. And when it get dirty the color appears muddy shade of yellow, mixed with patches of brown and black.

The solar plexus chakra is affected by thoughts and feeling about,

1.POWER:-  The fear of beings, powerful person, current or past experiences in which you felt over powered by another person

2.CONTROL:- fear of losing control, situations or other people, fears of beings controlled by others.
      
If you fear that other are trying to over controlling you then solar plexus chakra will appear dark yellow and small in size. And it will become muddy yellow in color.

Sacral Chakra

The sacral chakra spins slightly faster than the red root chakra so its shade of orange color. The sacral major root chakra is found mid way between your novel and the base of your spine.

A balanced and clear sacral chakras glows  with a pale, clean white interior. A dirty sacral chakra has a burnt orange color.

The sacral chakra is affected by your thoughts and feeling with respect to:-

1-CRAVINGS FOR PHYSICAL PLEASURES:-food, drink sex or thrill-seeking.

2-ADDICTIONS - drugs, alcohol, food and other substances.

3-YOUR BODY -exercise habbits, sleep patterns, weight, health and thoughts about your appearance.

If you worried or stressed about any issue concerning your body, your sacral chakra will appear dirty. You’re your sacral chakra will look enlarged.Again nothing wrong with having a large chakra we just want to make sure that all of your chakras are clean and equal in size..

1-FINANCES:-money, savings, the economy and finances.

2-CARRER:-being in the “right” job for you. issues of benefits and retirement, making enough money, thoughts about your future.

3-HOME:-the condition and energy of your home, desires to move, feelings of safety, maintaining your home and thought about buying a home

4-PHYSICAL SAFETY:-Feeling safe or unsafe.

5-NEEDS:-Having enough to eat, sufficient clothing for yourself and your loved ones.

6-POSSESSIONS:-Jewellery, furniture, vehicles and work-related equipment.

Fear related to having your physical needs met  make  your root chakra shrink in size and grow dark and dirty. You choke up your root chakras with worries about money, career or possessions.Due to workaholic mind set create a dirty root chakra that is extremely large. There’s nothing wrong with having a large root chakras.

The problem is when your chakras are all different sizes. It create imbalances, because its  create bigger size then other chakras. And the chakras cleaning help you to balance all of your chakras so that they are equally large and clean.
